"This review is long, long overdue. I’ve been a very satisfied customer with State Farm for 40+ years! I actually started with them in the early 1980s. It would be fair to say that it’s probably the one and only insurance company that I utilize for all of my property, vehicles and liability. Like most people, I have been approached on a regular basis over the years by other insurance companies asking for my business. However, I have been so thrilled with State Farm, why should I want to change? The other companies may offer me a better price, coverage or other perks but I’ve learned that good Customer Service is hard to come by and I’m not willing to risk losing it! State Farm has always exceeded my expectations. Besides, I really do sleep better at night, knowing that they truly do have my back. Customer Service is primarily the main reason why I have continued with them. They have demonstrated care, promptness and knowledge when I’ve needed them or asked a question. I have property in Washington state which has been insured with them since the 1980s through Chris Eakins State Farm agency. The individuals that I’ve worked with at that office for more than 40+ years have been extraordinary. One of them being Mick McNulty. She is both professional and knowledgeable. Mick follows up and documents. I feel well taken care of! Thank you Mick! Presently, my husband and I live in Arizona (10+ years )and our homes here as well as our vehicles are all insured through State Farm. The local agent here in Arizona is Rick Resetar. He too has been nothing short of amazing!! Rick has offered professional advice when asked. I never feel pressured. Over the years, I have cultivated a sense of trust and confidence in his ability allowing me to feel that I am in good hands. Rick will always advise me in my best interest. I understand that having insurance sometimes feels unnecessary or expensive (until there’s an accident ). Life happens!
